Cold Forming of Steel Plate
Shearing, deep drawing, blanking and bending of pre-cut steel plates up to 10 mm thick, using a hydraulic shear of 2000x6, hydraulic presses up to 350 tonnes and mechanical presses up to 300 tonnes. Its electronic devices and interlocking systems enable S.I.MO to perform automatic blanking-bending processes from strap (coil) steel up to 4 mm thick and up to 500 mm wide.
Spot Welding
The company performs projection welding of steel plate, nuts and screws using machines with power up to 100 KVA complete with electronic control, operating software and real-time monitoring of the set parameters.
